Choose the printable size form if you have not yet had your measurements taken and need a form to have them written on. The printable size form contains all the information we need from you, as well as information on how to mail, phone, fax, or e-mail the information to us when you are through.

Measuring Tips: Appointments are not required for taking your measurements. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes. There is no charge for this service, whether you are renting from us or another tuxedo retailer. Please avoid wearing bulky clothing, such as heavy sweaters, so we are able to take the best measurments possible.
